The Process Central Services Associate III performs moderately complex claim related activities for non-technical claims in accordance with established quality and timeliness standards on specific losses. As directed by management, the individual handles one or a combination of claim files. The individual is also expected to deliver compassionate service that is fast, fair, and easy, to ensure customer retention. Deliver impact where it matters most. As a Claims Admin, you’ll play a critical role in managing claim-related activities with precision and care. Handling moderately complex, non-technical claims, you’ll ensure every interaction is fast, fair, and easy. Bringing both efficiency and empathy to the claims experience while helping drive customer trust and retention.
