Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and manage auto insurance claims from start to finish
  • Analyze policies and determine coverage, liability, and claim outcomes
  • Guide customers through the claims process with empathy and clarity
  • Make decisions that balance customer needs with company profitability
  • Communicate with attorneys, repair shops, and medical providers
  • Manage a high-volume caseload with accuracy and efficiency
  • Document claim activity and maintain compliance standards
  • Other duties as assigned
