About The Position

NiteLines USA is seeking a professional and dedicated Claims Adjuster, Examiner, and Investigator for a 9-week temporary position in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role involves investigating general liability claims, including those related to roadway and sidewalk hazards, City work activities, and vehicle accidents. The position requires extensive contact with claimants, City officials, attorneys, insurance companies, and public agencies. The work is of average difficulty and pertains to investigating liability (property damage and bodily injury) claims, collecting data, creating claim files, and recommending settlements.

Requirements

• Licensed Florida 620 all lines adjuster.
• Experience in Liability Claims.
• Knowledge of Florida claims adjusting regulations, property damage claims, and bodily injury claims.
• Possession of a 620 license (Licensed AllLines Adjuster) issued by the State of Florida.
• Standard Background Check Required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Assure Claims, Microsoft, Adobe, and Google software.
