About The Position

The Claim Your Career Discovery Program is an immersive experience designed for college sophomores and juniors interested in exploring the insurance industry, specifically within the field of claims. This program offers an in-depth look at dynamic career pathways in claims, including opportunities to connect with employees and executive leadership, tour the Plano, TX office, and visit an interactive training facility. Participants will gain a clear understanding of careers in claims and the role of claims within a Fortune 100 company. The program is an in-person event held in Liberty's Plano, TX Office and is intended for individuals located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a 4-year university pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Must be available to participate and attend the full length of the program in person.
• Must be on track to graduate in 2026, 2027, or 2028.
• Must be fully authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions now and in the future.
