About The Position

The Claim Your Career Discovery Program is a unique, immersive experience designed specifically for college sophomores and juniors interested in exploring the insurance industry, with a focus on claims. This program offers an in-depth look at dynamic career pathways within claims. Participants will engage in various activities, including building connections with employees and executive leadership, touring the Plano, TX office, and visiting the interactive training facility. The program aims to provide participants with a clear understanding of careers in claims and the role of claims within a Fortune 100 Company. The event will take place on Wednesday, October 29th, in Liberty’s Plano, TX Office and is intended for individuals located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Participants will have the opportunity to enhance their business acumen and prepare for a Summer 2025 internship.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year university pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Available to participate and attend the full length of the program in person.
• On track to graduate in 2026, 2027, or 2028.
• Fully authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions now and in the future.
• Must complete a virtual interview before being invited to Claim Your Career.
