About The Position

State Farm is committed to being good neighbors, helping people, investing in communities, and making the world a better place. We are evolving into a Next Gen Good Neighbor, leveraging technology to enhance customer connections and experiences. As an employee, you will focus more on applying judgment, empathy, and expertise rather than navigating systems. This role is in the Auto Injury segment, which handles bodily injury, uninsured/underinsured claims, and property damage claims involving injuries. This segment utilizes analytics to support claim employees in developing enhanced skillsets. Claims are tiered based on complexity and severity, ranging from non-attorney represented bodily injuries to attorney-represented and litigation claims. Helping people recover from the unexpected is a rewarding aspect of this role. This is a hybrid position, allowing for a mix of remote and in-office work, with a higher percentage of in-office time during the initial training period.
