Requirements

  • Minimum high school education or equivalent
  • 1 - 3 years handling complex automobile claims is required
  • Knowledge in understanding and interpreting policies
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy

Nice To Haves

  • Enrolled in (or willing to enroll in) CIP designation

Responsibilities

  • Review insurance policy and coverages
  • Investigate complex automobile claims (i.e.: impaired, unlisted operator or non-drivable) and determine coverage and liability
  • Settle claims in accordance with organization’s policies and practices.
  • Collaborate with the customer, service suppliers (i.e. towing, repair shops), other insurance companies and law enforcement

Benefits

  • Compensation Expected compensation for this role ranges from $ 47,800.00 - 73,000.00 annually. Actual salary offered to successful candidates will vary based on their skills and experience.
