About The Position

As our Civil Superintendent, you’ll lead day-to-day construction activities, enforce safety and quality standards, and partner closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to drive projects across the finish line - on time, on budget, and with the craftsmanship our reputation depends on. This role focuses on municipal infrastructure projects, including water and wastewater treatment facilities, bridges, and other essential public works. Key responsibilities include continuously monitoring project budget and forecasting to the individual phase code level and cost type for potential gains and losses. You will provide leadership and direction for all project activities and tasks, ensuring project outcomes are delivered successfully and in compliance with all contracts and client needs. Ensuring clear communication of project-specific roles and responsibilities for all site personnel and providing regular and respectful feedback for all under your direction is crucial. You will also monitor company equipment and supplies to ensure the needed equipment is where it’s required, inspect tools and equipment, and notify the Tools and Equipment Manager for service and repair as needed. The role requires a willingness to pitch in hands-on when needed, including night shifts or extended hours, to overcome challenges and meet critical milestones.
