We are looking to add a Civil Project Manager that has their PE designation, who will help foster our mission that All People Should Live in Safe, Sustainable and Beautiful Communities! As a Civil Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, scheduling and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel across a wide range of sectors, as well as helping to lead business development activities (maintaining and fostering new client relationships, preparation of presentations, proposals/RFQs, etc.). This role will have focus on our municipal and land development market in the Triangle Metro and broader Southeast regions.

Requirements

Licensed Professional Civil Engineer
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
Experience in the site/civil design, permitting and execution of public and private land development projects
Experience with business development and building strong client relationships
Experience with client relationship management
Experience conducting community meetings and communication
Previous supervisory experience
Individuals must be legally authorized to work in the US at the start of employment without a need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities
