About The Position
A well-established, multidisciplinary civil engineering and planning firm is seeking a Civil Project Manager for its Riverside, California office. The role leads land development and public infrastructure projects from design through construction, manages technical staff, and serves as a key contact for clients and public agencies. The position is full-time and on-site.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- California PE license, or ability to obtain it within 6 months.
- 6–12 years of relevant experience, or 8–15 years of equivalent industry experience.
- 3 or more years of managing or supervising technical staff.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD / Civil 3D.

- Demonstrated long-term tenure with prior employers.
Responsibilities
- Manage land development and public infrastructure projects, including residential, commercial, roadway, and utility work.
- Manage construction documents and contracts, schedules and budgets, fee proposals, and scopes of work.
- Provide construction support and field coordination.
- Prepare and oversee regulatory plans and public improvement plans, and perform constructability reviews.
- Work directly with clients and public agencies.
- Supervise and mentor technical staff.
