About The Position

The Civil Project Manager will serve as the Owner's Representative responsible for managing civil and site infrastructure packages associated with the development of a large-scale AI factory and hyperscale data center campus. The role will oversee earthwork, grading, roads, underground utilities, stormwater systems, site logistics infrastructure, and campus development activities from design through construction and turnover. The successful candidate will coordinate contractors, engineers, utility providers, and stakeholders to ensure civil scopes are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project requirements. This individual will play a critical role in supporting campus expansion and enabling downstream building construction activities.

Requirements

  • Experience managing large civil projects.
  • Experience with working directly with GC.
  • Understanding of Civil (grading, utilities, drainage) and Structural (foundations, concrete, steel).
  • Schedule management.
  • Site development/site logistics.
  • 3 Years Data Center Experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a professional work environment, including preparing written reports and documentation, conveying information clearly to team members, clients, and stakeholders, and responding appropriately to verbal and written communications related to job duties.
  • Must be able to walk, stand, stoop, twist, bend, and climb stairs or ladders for extended periods while navigating uneven, unpaved, or obstructed terrain.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
  • Must be able to drive between job sites and access all areas of an active construction zone, including raised platforms, scaffolding, and confined spaces.
  • Must be able to tolerate exposure to outdoor weather conditions, dust, and construction-related noise, vibrations, and odors.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and site personnel, and maintain situational awareness in high-activity environments.
  • Must have sufficient visual acuity to read drawings, specifications, and safety signage, and to observe site activity.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data center or mission-critical projects.
  • Background in large-scale industrial or infrastructure developments.
  • Experience supporting multi-phase campus-style developments.
  • Familiarity with Southwest / New Mexico construction environment.
  • PE, PMP, or CCM certification.
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license appropriate for the role and be eligible to operate a motor vehicle in accordance with applicable laws.
