About The Position
We are actively seeking independent, DCWP-licensed Process Servers to handle legal document service assignments throughout Manhattan. This opportunity is ideal for reliable, detail-oriented professionals who are familiar with serving legal documents in Manhattan's neighborhoods, residential buildings, and business districts.
Requirements
- Active NYC DCWP Process Server License
- Reliable transportation (public transit, car, bike, or combination)
- Comfortable using mobile apps to receive assignments and upload service attempts and proofs.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with serving legal documents in Manhattan's neighborhoods, residential buildings, and business districts.
Responsibilities
- Handle legal document service assignments throughout Manhattan.
- Make 3-4 service attempts at varying days and times.
- Use mobile apps to receive assignments and upload service attempts and proofs.
- Complete assignments professionally, dependably, and timely.
