Looking for a flexible, independent role with consistent earning potential? We are seeking experienced and reliable Process Servers to support our growing workload in San Diego East County. This is an opportunity to take control of your schedule while partnering with a well-established litigation support company. As a Process Server, you’ll be responsible for delivering legal documents to individuals and businesses, primarily at residential locations. Success in this role comes from being proactive, organized, and available during the times when service is most effective—mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

• Active registration as a California Process Server
• Valid Fictitious Business Name Statement and business license
• Valid California Driver’s License
• Reliable, insured vehicle
• Smartphone for communication and updates

• Serve legal documents to individuals and businesses
• Provide real-time status updates using your smartphone
• Plan and execute service attempts efficiently within your assigned areas
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with recipients
