About The Position

ProVest is one of the largest legal support services firms in the nation, specializing in service of process and related services for some of the most prestigious law firms and financial institutions in the country. Each year, we handle thousands of legal documents, including foreclosures, collections, litigation, and civil complaints.

We are seeking dependable, detail‑oriented individuals to serve legal documents throughout Merrimack County, NH.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and strong knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns
• Valid driver’s license
• Proof of auto insurance
• Ability to meet criminal background standards

Nice To Haves

• Prior process serving experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Use mobile apps and web-based systems to take photos, provide detailed status updates, and generate proofs of service
• Maintain a personal computer/laptop, printer, scanner, internet access, and a smartphone (iPhone or Android)
• Communicate professionally and promptly with strong attention to detail to meet strict court deadlines
• Demonstrate knowledge of court procedures, legal documents, and applicable local, state, and federal laws
• Serving legal documents to residences and businesses in compliance with all laws
• Providing detailed attempt updates and photos via smartphone applications
• Electronically or manually signing documents and editing, printing, and submitting proofs of service through our case management software
• Requesting copies of legal documents from courts when necessary
