About The Position
We are seeking reliable Civil Process Servers to handle service of process throughout Warren County, Mississippi, as part of our expanding contractor network. This role offers the opportunity to grow your own business while receiving steady, consistent assignments. The position is for an Independent Contractor (1099).
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Warren County.
- Comfortable using mobile apps to receive assignments and submit proofs of service.
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
Nice To Haves
- Prior process serving, field services, legal support, or related experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Handle service of process throughout Warren County, Mississippi.
- Make up to 5 service attempts at varying days and times.
- Use mobile apps to receive assignments and submit proofs of service.
- Complete assignments within established deadlines.
