Requirements

At least 3+ years of experience in civil litigation defense.
Active license in Oregon and/or Washington.
Comfortable with (or eager to learn) advanced practice management software, paperless workflows, and virtual advocacy tools.

Nice To Haves

Idaho and multi-state licensure is a significant bonus.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic defense, managing cases from inception through resolution using a team approach.
Conduct deep legal research and analysis to dismantle complex issues.
Handle motion practice, depositions, and court appearances while utilizing modern tools.
Participate in "roundtable" case analysis for collective intelligence on complex legal issues.
Contribute to a tech-forward culture by adopting and suggesting new ways to modernize legal practice.
