Civil Litigation Defense Attorney: Redefining Litigation Through Technology & Teamwork (Work-Life Balance Included) Are you an experienced litigator who excels in the courtroom but is frustrated by outdated firm "silos" and manual processes? Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in civil litigation defense.
- Active license in Oregon and/or Washington (Idaho and multi-state licensure is a significant bonus).
- You are comfortable with (or eager to learn) advanced practice management software, paperless workflows, and virtual advocacy tools.
- You believe that the best results come from collaboration, not competition between colleagues. You thrive when working with others and aren't afraid to learn new tools or processes.
Nice To Haves
- Idaho and multi-state licensure is a significant bonus.
Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Defense: Manage cases from inception through resolution, utilizing a team approach that values your expertise.
- Strategize: Conduct deep legal research and analysis to dismantle complex issues.
- Innovate & Advocate: Handle motion practice, depositions, and court appearances while utilizing modern tools to maximize your impact.
- Collaborative Strategy: Participate in "roundtable" case analysis where the collective intelligence of the firm is used to dismantle complex legal issues.
- System Optimization: Contribute to our tech-forward culture by adopting (and suggesting) new ways to modernize the practice of law.
