About The Position
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings in our Sacramento office for civil litigation attorneys. The firm is seeking defense litigators with experience in various practice areas including Employment, Complex Commercial, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product Liability, and General Liability. Candidates should be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, strong academic backgrounds, and proven research abilities. They must be self-starters capable of handling assignments with minimal supervision. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of California. Requirements
- At least three years of civil litigation experience (all experience levels are welcomed to apply).
- Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
- Strong academic backgrounds.
- Proven skills in research.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of California.
