About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join a growing legal team in downtown Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling insurance defense and premises liability matters and be comfortable managing cases from inception through resolution.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license and in good standing with the state bar
- Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience in insurance defense and premises liability
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters, including insurance defense and premises liability cases
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
- Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and negotiations
- Collaborate with clients, carriers, and internal team members
- Maintain accurate case files and meet litigation deadlines
