About The Position

Hall & Evans, LLC, is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join their team. The role involves defending civil litigation cases, primarily in personal injury defense and construction defect defense. The attorney will gain hands-on experience interacting with clients, conducting depositions, making court appearances, and developing business development skills.

Requirements

• Currently licensed to practice law in the State of Utah
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to independently manage case files
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Exceptional research and writing skills
• Interest in marketing and client development
• Ability to travel

Nice To Haves

• 2-8 years' of prior experience defending civil litigation cases in Utah
• Trial experience
