Civil Litigation Attorney
About The Position
These are law firm litigation attorney roles focused on civil litigation, insurance defense, catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, professional liability, and complex trial work. Candidates must be licensed attorneys (JD required) with substantive litigation experience at a law firm, experience with motions, discovery, depositions, or trial preparation, and be comfortable independently managing litigation matters. These roles are not suitable for transactional attorneys, candidates without substantive litigation ownership, plaintiff-side only candidates for defense-focused roles, or candidates seeking primarily remote environments. We are working with multiple law firms seeking Litigation Associate Attorneys and Senior Litigators across insurance defense, catastrophic injury, professional liability, medical malpractice, and complex civil litigation practices. These teams handle sophisticated litigation matters for insurance carriers, corporations, healthcare providers, institutional clients, and high-net-worth individuals.
Requirements
- JD required
- Active bar admission required in applicable jurisdiction
- Substantive litigation experience at a law firm
- Experience with motions, discovery, depositions, or trial preparation
- Comfortable independently managing litigation matters
- Experience with motion practice

- Independently manage litigation matters
