About The Position

Our client is a premier, mission-driven plaintiff's boutique law firm based in Atlanta, recognized for its exceptional advocacy in high-stakes, low-volume birth injury and catastrophic medical malpractice litigation. Fostering a highly collaborative, sophisticated, and close-knit team environment comprised of elite trial attorneys, dedicated paralegals, and in-house labor and delivery nurse consultants, the firm has experienced significant strategic growth over the past year. Distinguished not only by its multi-million dollar case resolutions but also by its profound civic commitment, the firm donates five percent of its attorney fees to advocacy organizations supporting families with special needs and maternal health initiatives. This exceptional platform offers direct mentorship from a renowned leader in birth injury law and an accelerated, structured pathway to first-chair trial leadership without the constraints of traditional law firm politics.
