Civil Grading Superintendent - Michels Road & Stone
About The Position
Michels Road & Stone, Inc. is shaping the future by constructing roads, airports, large site developments, and shoreline protection projects. As a Civil Grading Superintendent, your key responsibilities will be to manage large complex projects or manage multiple medium-sized projects, ensuring profitable operations. This position will plan, direct, and coordinate activities of Roadway and Site Civil Construction projects to ensure that goals or objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of grading experience.
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record.
- A valid combination CDL or the ability to obtain one.
- Willingness to work under a union collective bargaining agreement.
- Ability to travel.
Nice To Haves
- GPS experience preferred, but not required.
