Requirements

Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
Strong understanding of civil construction methods and materials.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Experience working on municipal and government infrastructure projects is an asset.

Experience with water & wastewater treatment facilities.
Experience with EPC/Design-Build projects.
Experience with remote Arctic projects.
Experience with industrial process facilities.
Experience with institutional & detention facilities.
Experience with Indigenous Affairs projects.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the work of civil construction crews.
Ensure all work is performed safely and according to project plans and specifications.
Manage daily operations on the construction site.
Oversee the installation of civil infrastructure components.
Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
