About The Position
A Civil Foreman is responsible for overseeing crews, inspecting and maintaining heavy equipment, and ensuring safety regulations are followed on construction sites. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, leadership skills, and the ability to travel extensively.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver license and an acceptable motor vehicle driving record (MVR)
- Ability to be located near current jobsite (travel position)
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and co-workers by effectively communicating with them, sharing clear expectations, and holding them accountable for their actions.

Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain and demonstrate use of one or more pieces of heavy equipment while practicing safety
- Utilize Grade stakes, lasers and GPS for site work
- Oversee crews, recommend promotions, and recommend terminations to the Trade Superintendent
- Enforce OSHA, MSHA, FRA and DOT regulations for the site, subcontractor crews, and visitors
