About The Position
CESO is seeking an intern/co-op for a Civil Engineering Roadway/Traffic role. This position offers the opportunity to develop and learn hands-on within a diverse portfolio of projects. CESO aims to positively impact the world through service, empowering individuals to bring clients' visions to life. Co-ops are an integral part of the company, provided with technically challenging and educationally stimulating opportunities. Under the guidance of architecture staff, students will be assigned to various teams based on need and experience.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Engineering and completed the first year of college
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, AutoTurn, HydroCAD, Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills required
- Demonstrates flexibility in acceptance of assignments and schedule

- Training will be provided if needed for all programs
Responsibilities
- Learn processes, procedures and assist in preparation of various engineering designs
- Prepare and modify engineering drawings and diagrams using both manual and technical applications
- Generate and analyze miscellaneous technical data
- Provide engineering support assistance for quality issues
- Interface with other disciplines such as surveying, environmental, and architecture, as well as clients and vendors
- Perform other project duties as assigned
