About The Position

This is a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in real-world construction and infrastructure projects, while being mentored by some of the best engineers and leaders in the industry. We are seeking for " Civil Engineering Co-op students" to join our team across multiple business areas in Toronto, Vancouver, and Atlanta. As a Co-op student at ACCIONA, you will be exposed to different aspects of the project life cycle, from design to execution, and will have the opportunity to contribute to projects that shape communities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering program.
• Curious, motivated, and eager to learn from hands-on project exposure.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work in dynamic project environments.

Responsibilities

• Supporting daily site activities, tracking progress, and coordinating with trade partners.
• Assisting with technical drawings, calculations, and constructability reviews.
• Exposure to contracts, cost control, vendor management, and procurement processes.
• Monitoring compliance with technical specifications and standards.
• Supporting safety programs, site inspections, and reporting.
• Participating in environmental monitoring, reporting, and sustainability initiatives.
• Contributing to scheduling, documentation, reporting, and overall project coordination.
