Kimley-Horn is seeking Engineering graduates to join their Fort Collins, Colorado (CO) office in 2026. This is an on-site position. The role involves utilizing technical software to analyze, produce, and quality control client deliverables. Responsibilities include contributing to pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for various projects. The analyst will solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines. They will also develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Kimley-Horn’s and client’s practices and standards. Analysts will learn specific software programs such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro, and/or GIS.
