Kimley-Horn is seeking Engineering graduates to join their Virginia Beach, Virginia (VA) office in 2026. This role is not remote. The position involves utilizing technical software programs for analysis, production, and quality control of client deliverables. Analysts will contribute to pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for various projects. They will solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines. Analysts will also develop familiarity with relevant federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Kimley-Horn's and client's practices and standards. Specific software training will be provided for programs such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro, and/or GIS.
