About The Position

This is professional services work in providing comprehensive research, evaluation, and planning services to the Department of Transportation. Responsibilities include independently performing complex planning and analysis work to be used in policy development and transportation project, program, and long-range planning decision-making. Supervision may be exercised over a team of planners and/or technicians on a project basis. Work is performed under limited supervision.

Requirements

  • A six (6) year combination of education, training, and/or experience in planning and program development with specific background in specialized field as necessary (i.e. environmental planning, economic planning, historic preservation, etc.).
