About The Position

Augment Professional Services (APS) is seeking Civil Engineers to support site development and infrastructure delivery for major industrial and advanced manufacturing projects. The Civil Engineer will support grading, drainage, underground utilities, roads, paving, stormwater systems, earthwork, and associated civil infrastructure while coordinating with engineering, construction, and client teams.

Requirements

• Civil engineering experience involving site development or industrial infrastructure.
• Experience with grading, drainage, utilities, or stormwater systems.
• Ability to interpret civil drawings, surveys, and specifications.
• Understanding of earthwork and site construction practices.
• Familiarity with applicable civil engineering codes and standards.
• Strong field coordination and technical problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE license or EIT certification.
• Industrial, semiconductor, data center, manufacturing, or major capital project experience.
• Civil 3D or AutoCAD experience.
• Stormwater modeling or hydrology/hydraulic analysis experience.
• Construction-phase engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review civil engineering plans and specifications.
• Support grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, paving, and roadway design.
• Coordinate underground utility routing and site infrastructure.
• Review calculations, submittments, RFIs, and field conditions.
• Coordinate with structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and construction disciplines.
• Support permitting and code compliance activities.
• Conduct site walks and resolve construction-related technical issues.
• Review contractor work for alignment with design requirements.
• Support testing, inspections, and project turnover.
