About The Position

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Civil Engineer to join its Minneapolis civil engineering team. The role offers a broad range of work across utilities, water, renewable energy, energy, heavy civil, and general site development, rather than concentrating on one project type. Projects may include site and grading plans for energy facilities, drainage and utilities, roads and construction access, erosion or slope solutions, and improvements to major infrastructure facilities. The engineer will collaborate with experienced engineers and designers, take increasing ownership of designs, coordinate across disciplines, and help deliver projects from concept through construction. The position provides support from senior engineers while also offering opportunities to guide less-experienced engineers. Responsibilities and projects will vary according to the candidate’s experience and interests and the team’s workload. The role is hybrid and based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
