About The Position
Growing full service firm looking to add a talented Civil Engineer to their Virginia Beach, Virginia office!
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience with navigating through various entitlement approvals
- Experience with preparing site due diligence studies
- Experience with multi-site development design and development programs
- Ability to create site plans following client/code requirements
- Ability to effectively read/understand site construction drawings
- Ability to work on various development projects in different stages simultaneously
- Some travel required
Nice To Haves
- PE License preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead design process from project start to construction
- Responsible for project tracking/reporting
- Develop site plans
- Visit potential sites and complete site due diligence reports
- Coordinate tasks with external sub consultant partners and internal design teams
- Lead design approvals
