About The Position

Growing full-service firm looking to add a talented Civil Engineer/Project Manager to their Columbus team! This role involves leading internal teams and managing site design/documentation for various retail and restaurant building projects, including ground-up, tenant fill-out, and remodel projects. The position requires developing project objectives, scope, and schedules, creating detailed project plans, and handling client communication and construction administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering
• 8+ years of experience
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team
• Ability to travel to site visits, planning/zoning meetings, and meetings with local jurisdictions
• Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead internal team in completion of projections
• Lead site design/documentation of retail and restaurant buildings (ground up, tenant fill out, remodel type projects)
