About The Position

Reputable firm looking to add a talented Civil Engineer/Project Manager to their Miami office! This role involves project engineering and management duties, including project oversight, setting priorities, developing objectives, financial management, and project design. The position also requires providing technical guidance to the site civil team, mentoring and training junior staff, and participating in business development activities such as proposal preparation, project interviews/presentations, and client management. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and participate in professional organizations. Excellent communication skills with clients and internal teams are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• 6+ years of design experience for a variety of projects (site development, municipal roadway, utility projects)
• PE License
• Knowledge of stormwater management design/permitting regulations
• Knowledge of municipal utility design (sanitary sewer and water main)
• Team management experience preferred
• Proficient with Autodesk Civil3D, hydrology and hydraulic software
• Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.

• Master’s degree preferred
