About The Position

We are seeking a Civil Engineer with a focus on Landscape Design to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This is a full-time position where you will lead civil design and project management for various land development projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing grading, stormwater management, utilities, and site layout design, as well as managing projects through permitting, documentation, and construction support. You will also coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders, and guide and mentor junior engineering staff.

Requirements

• B.S. in Civil Engineering
• PE license in North Carolina and South Carolina
• 5+ years of land development experience (commercial, industrial, mixed-use)
• Strong technical design experience with grading, drainage, stormwater, sewer, and water systems
• Proficiency with Civil 3D and related engineering software
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities
