About The Position

Central Business Solutions, Inc is seeking a Civil Engineer-Landscape Design for a full-time position in Charlotte, NC. This role involves leading civil design and project management for land development projects, including overseeing grading, stormwater management, utilities, and site layout. The engineer will manage projects through permitting, documentation, and construction support, while coordinating with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders. The position also includes guiding and mentoring junior engineering staff.

Requirements

• B.S. in Civil Engineering
• PE license in North Carolina and South Carolina
• 5+ years of land development experience (commercial, industrial, mixed-use)
• Strong technical design experience with grading, drainage, stormwater, sewer, and water systems
• Proficiency with Civil 3D and related engineering software
• Strong communication and leadership skills
