About The Position

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer-in-Training to join our team. The role will include working on municipal engineering projects including water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater systems, road and transportation improvements, site preparation and earthworks, and subdivision and development projects. You’ll be part of a close-knit group of experienced personnel, including specialist engineers, client managers, and project managers, all dedicated to ensuring your success. At TRUE, you’ll find the best of both worlds: we’re large enough to offer expert services across all aspects of transportation engineering, yet small enough to maintain a family-like environment where everyone’s contributions are valued. As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on impactful projects and apply your expertise in practical, client-centered ways. We’re seeking a candidate who values what we do, how we do it, and most importantly, why we do it. The successful candidate will understand the importance of our culture and be ready to grow within an organization that prioritizes people and relationships.
