About The Position

Wiley|Wilson, a 100% employee-owned architecture and engineering firm, is seeking a new graduate to join their Civil Engineering team in Alexandria, VA. As a Civil Engineer-in-Training (EIT), you will work with experienced engineers on site design and stormwater management projects for government clients. This role offers hands-on experience in multiple design phases, helping you build the technical foundation for your Professional Engineer (PE) license. You will prepare calculations, reports, and design drawings, assist with site design and stormwater management, conduct field investigations, perform research, and help with quantity take-offs and cost estimates. You will also collaborate with engineers and design professionals across various disciplines. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
  • Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam passed by the start date
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Able to obtain a security clearance
