Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Land Development experience specifically within the Austin market.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Applicants must live in the Austin area and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Site plans, subdivision layouts, and platting.
• Roadway design and traffic controls.
• Water distribution, water quality, and drainage facilities.
• Floodplain and flood studies.
