About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to support infrastructure and construction programs at Goodfellow AFB. You will play a key role in design review, project management, and construction oversight across utilities, roads, and public works systems. Job Status: COA (Contingent on Award)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited)
• EIT required; PE preferred
• 10+ years of civil engineering or construction experience
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in: AutoCAD
• Proficiency in: SpecsIntact (or equivalent)
• Proficiency in: RSMeans / E4Clicks
• Strong communication and project coordination skills
• Ability to obtain CAC (Tier 1 background check)

Nice To Haves

• Federal, military, or public works experience
• Construction contract management and cost control

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering analysis and design reviews
• Oversee infrastructure projects (water, sewer, roads, facilities)
• Support cost estimating, risk analysis, and quality control
• Prepare SOW/SoO and technical documentation
• Conduct site inspections and compliance reviews
• Coordinate with contractors and government stakeholders
