About The Position

As a Civil Engineer Assistant Project Manager with Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in its Austin, Texas office, you will work with project teams to create land development plans for commercial, institutional, and residential clients. Projects may include urban redevelopment sites, industrial sites, and new school projects. You will contribute to site layouts, grading plans, storm water management facilities, water quality best management practices, and utilities. The role involves interacting with clients, contractors, and local government officials and contributing throughout projects, from conceptual and design phases through regulatory review, bidding, construction, and opening. Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
At least 6 years of professional engineering experience.
E.I.T. or F.E. certification.
Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
Ability to speak and write professionally.
Experience and knowledge of commercial real estate site design.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
Professional Engineering (P.E.) licensure.
