The Civil EIT supports the planning, design, and execution of aviation-related civil engineering projects within Parkhill’s Aviation Practice. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Succesful completion of the FE exam
- Knowledge of FAA and TxDOT Aviation standards and processes
- Experience with software including AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of civil engineering projects at airports including runways, taxiways, aprons, grading, drainage, and access roadways
- Ensure compliance with FAA Advisory Circulars, TxDOT Aviation guidelines, and local regulations
