Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar field
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Nice To Haves

• Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate. Candidates without their EIT will be placed into Design Coordinator job code and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation
• Candidates with at least one prior internship in the AE industry preferred
• Local candidates preferred

Responsibilities

• Work as a member of the civil engineering design team on projects serving clients in the New England area.
• Preparation of plans, detail drawings, and quantity estimation for projects of various sizes and complexity.
• Engage in design areas including highway & local roadway design, green infrastructure, stormwater management, drainage & grading, and multi-modal transportation designs for clients throughout New England including MassDOT, MBTA, NHDOT, RIDOT, and the City of Boston.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while performing engineering assignments.
