Requirements

• Must be admitted to the Illinois bar in good standing.
• Experience in civil defense litigation in state and federal courts.
• Excellent research, writing, pre-trial discovery, and deposition skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
• Organized, self-motivated.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in aviation law, product liability, and/or premises liability.
• Trial skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cases for trial.
• Handle files with minimal supervision.
• Conduct research, writing, pre-trial discovery, and depositions.
