About The Position

Serve as a Senior Executive in Booz Allen’s National Security Sector (NSS) Cyber Account to drive large-scale growth in Cyber Defense, supporting the development of strategic priorities across the Civilian space, including CISA, VA, HHS, DOE, or SEC. Develop and refine Cyber Defense go-to-market strategies and business models in the context of advantages and disadvantages related to federal acquisition qualification, evaluation criteria, and corporate accounting requirements. Partner with solution architects, engineers, cybersecurity professionals, and other technologists delivering innovative solutions to identify and prioritize emerging market opportunities, including expected RFPs and broader trends or demand signals. Develop and execute plans to position Booz Allen to capture those opportunities and manage a portfolio of cyber projects or contracts across the Civilian space. Expand and scale cyber defense services and products and identify and develop partnership strategies with non-traditional dual-use technology companies, including venture-backed start-ups, traditional original equipment manufacturers (OEMS), large technology companies, and other industry entities. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience leading complex, high-impact technical programs for large government clients, delivering outcomes in dynamic, mission driven environments
  • 10+ years of experience shaping and implementing advanced cybersecurity capabilities for federal customers, including architecting and deploying new people, processes, and technologies to enhance threat prevention, detection, and response
  • Experience leading multiple cross-functional delivery teams across complex and demanding operating environments
  • Ability to identify, shape, and capture strategic business opportunities across the Defense landscape, building strong client relationships and fostering high value partnerships
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior executives, partners, and vendor ecosystems to drive mission outcomes and scale innovative cyber solutions
  • Bachelor's degree
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
