About The Position
Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is a premier recruiting firm assisting a top-tier Canton, Ohio engineering firm. We are seeking a dedicated Civil AutoCAD Designer to join a collaborative team focused on high-impact public works and environmental infrastructure projects.
Requirements
- Associate Degree (AS) in Drafting, Design, or a related technical field.
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D (Essential).
- 1–3 years of professional CADD experience; background in civil site development or utility design is highly preferred.
- Strong spatial reasoning, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team setting.
- Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
- Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.
Responsibilities
- Draft and design detailed technical plans for municipal water/wastewater systems, storm water management, and treatment facilities.
- Lead the design phase for public utility projects, ensuring all specifications meet regulatory standards.
- Work side-by-side with Civil Engineers to translate conceptual ideas into buildable, optimized blueprints.
- Execute rigorous QA/QC reviews to ensure drafting accuracy and project integrity.
- Prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
