About The Position

The City Desk/Counter Sales Specialist provides outstanding service by helping customers who come into the City Desk. They deliver strong customer service and a willingness to expand their product knowledge to best help the needs of our customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.
  • Plumbing and/or heating knowledge.
  • Great customer service, problem solving and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with computer use.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in identifying and obtaining required parts in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Establish professional in-person relationships with customers.
  • Provide accurate parts-related information to customers.
  • Ensure that customer orders are entered and processed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain City Desk area, in compliance with company, state and federal regulations.
