As a Citizens Teller, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers and supporting the branch team. Your responsibilities include greeting customers in the lobby, demonstrating the use of mobile apps and ATMs for simple transactions, and creating exceptional customer experiences. You will identify opportunities to help customers achieve their financial goals by offering personalized advice and solutions, and connecting them with Bankers for further assistance. A strong knowledge of Citizens products and benefits is essential to educate customers and address their questions or concerns effectively. Adherence to all financial policies and procedures, including proper cash handling and compliance with state and local laws and regulations, is required.
