The Citation Resolution Team Representative is responsible for handling escalated customer service inquiries on citations for Enterprise, Alamo and National. Customers and groups contact the team representative via phone, email, and fax or mail correspondence. The team member researches any issue and responds directly to the group or customer to resolve. This position will be in person in Tulsa, OK with the option to work a hybrid schedule. Working hours will be Monday through Friday with an 8 hour set schedule work day. This position is located at 14002 E. 21st. St. Tulsa, OK 74134.
